Welcome to Stone Church’s children’s ministry program!
Nurturing Faith, Fostering Friendships, and Having Fun!
At Stone Church, we believe that every child is a precious gift from God. Our children’s ministry program is designed to help young hearts and minds grow in faith, love, and understanding.
Who We Welcome
We joyfully open our doors to children aged 4 through fifth grade. Each child is unique, and we’re excited to meet them wherever they are on their spiritual journey.
Our Sunday Experience
Stone Church aims to include children in worship and all of our ministries with imagination and love. Depending on the Sunday, children may participate in part or all of worship, or an educational opportunity may be offered for children during worship. Many Sundays, a children’s sermon is presented as part of worship, after which children can choose to attend our children’s ministry program, and parents can preacefully attend the rest of the service, knowing their children are in good hands.
Join Our Community:
We believe it takes a village to raise a child in faith. That’s why we warmly invite all adults (18+) to be part of our children’s ministry. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or simply young at heart, we’d love for you to:
- Meet our wonderful children
- Share your talents and experiences
- Spend an occasional Sunday with us as a volunteer
Your presence can make a world of difference in a child’s spiritual growth!
Join us on most Sundays between September and June.

Nursery
At Stone Church, we believe that even the tiniest members of our congregation deserve a special place to learn, play, and experience God’s love. Our warm and nurturing nursery is designed to do just that!
Who We Welcome:
- Adorable infants
- Curious toddlers
- Energetic preschoolers (up to age 4)
When We’re Here for You:
- During all Sunday worship services
- By request for other church events, including Adult Education sessions
What Makes Our Nursery Special:
- Loving, trained caregivers who are passionate about children
- Age-appropriate toys and activities to engage young minds
- Clean, safe, and cheerful environment
For Sunday services, just bring your little one to the nursery before the service begins. For other events, we’re happy to help! Contact our Nursery Supervisor at nursery@stonechurch.org to make arrangements.

Children’s Choir: Singing Praises with Joy
Raise Your Voice, Lift Your Spirit: Children’s Choir at Stone Church
At Stone Church, we believe that music is a powerful way for children to express their faith, develop their talents, and bring joy to our community. Our vibrant Children’s Choir and Music program offers young voices and musicians the chance to shine!
Typically held during Church School
- Open to all children who love to sing
- Led by our talented and patient choir director
- Fun, age-appropriate songs that reinforce faith lessons
- Regular performances during worship services throughout the year
Special Performances
Watch our young singers light up the congregation during:
- Christmas celebrations
- Other special occasions throughout the year
