Music at Stone Church
![]() An Overview Music is provided during worship on most Sundays through the school year by our chancel choir, augmented by pipe organ, piano, and on occasion by others - a volunteer brass group, a volunteer bell choir and hired chamber players. The choir consists of over forty volunteer singers. Our organist is Joyce Rhodes, an active member of the American Guild of Organists. Nancy Kromm is our choir director. She started in early September 2006.
Our sixteen rank pipe organ was custom built by Schoenstein and Co. of San Francisco, the largest and oldest pipe organ firm in the West. The instrument was installed in 1986, and is shown above.
Music for Summer 2010 While our choir takes its well-earned summer break, the following indivual(s) will provide worship service music in place of the anthem.
